Most consultants spend months working out what you have. Our AI reads your systems, documents and market position before we even meet, so we start with answers, not questionnaires.
Before we meet, a structured intake and a small document pack (a systems list, an org chart, the tech stack, one recent strategy or bid document) is read and analysed by our AI, alongside your public footprint: the tenders you have bid and won, your published data, live ITTs. The first meeting validates a landscape we have already mapped, which is why the review lands in days, not months.

Operators
Coach, bus, rail and ferry operators carrying legacy systems that fit only part of the operation. Your review ends in a costed roadmap with a named delivery route, and that route can be us: we build what the roadmap calls for and run it on retainer, if you choose it.
Public authorities
Your review is scoped to your programme, and your continuation is advisory: an AI Implementation Review, or AI Governance and Assurance. Where we assure, we do not build. We never advise both sides of one competition. See The Practice for authorities.

- How long does the AI Readiness Review take?
- Days, not months. A senior expert and their agents move fast because the analysis is agent-assisted, so most reviews land inside two to three weeks from kickoff, depending on the size of your operation.
- What access do you need from us?
- A short kickoff, read access to the systems and a handful of documents, and a few conversations with the people who run the workarounds. We keep your team's time to a minimum, which is the point of working agentically.
- What if the answer is 'do not use AI here'?
- Then that is what the review says, in writing, per system. We would rather tell you to leave a system alone than sell you a build that does not pay for itself. The verdict is evidenced either way.
- Is it really a fixed fee?
- Yes. £2,000, published here, agreed before we start, with no day rates and no scope creep. If you go on to any further engagement with us, the review fee is fully credited against it.
- Do you do the build as well?
- For operators, yes, if you choose it: the roadmap names a delivery route, and that route can be us, building what the roadmap calls for and running it on a retainer. For public authorities we stay advisory: where we assure, we do not build.
